Awesome Trick Shots

Bowler Mike Long demonstrates a crazy trick shot that involves two balls, 12 pins, and scoring a spare without approaching the lane twice. We thought for sure there was no way those last two pins were going down.

In this clip from an old USA vs. Canada 9-ball tourney, America’s Jeremy Jones did a great job hiding the cue ball. But it wasn’t good enough, as Alain Martel found a crazy way to extract the cue ball and set up another shot.

Donning a GoPro, golf pro Karsten Maas shows off a variety of trick shots done with his collection of silly custom golf clubs, which range from a hammer club to a crazy 14-foot-long driver. He certainly knows how to keep his eye on the ball.

We’re assuming it took them a few tries, but it’s still pretty damned impressive that the guys from How Ridiculous were able to sink a basketball thrown 415 off the top of Tasmania’s Gordon Dam through a net stationed at the bottom.

YouTuber SlamTheSlammer and his friends made this parody of basketball trick shots back in 2011. We like that it’s simple and short, but we wish they were playing baseball, eating, doing their homework and sleeping by the end.

Master and commander of the pool table Steve Markle is back to show off his uncanny ability to command ball physics like a boss. That shot at 1:45 made our brains hurt. If Steve were one of the X-Men, his name would be Pathbender.

With such a small playing field countering a smash in table tennis takes lightning quick reflexes. Or you could just have massive amounts of luck and style. His opponent’s reaction says it all.

We’ve seen plenty of basketball trick shot videos, some more plausible than others. But Corridor Digital makes no attempt to fool us into thinking their shots are physically possible – and that’s what makes this clip so much fun.

We’ve seen plenty of videos flaunting individual trick shot skills, but we can only imagine the amount of coordination, skill (and luck) it took to get all 10 of these basketballs to sink in the net without one person missing their shot.

The trick shot masters of Dude Perfect demonstrate that they don’t need no steenkin’ lights as they perform a variety of tricks in the dark, dressed in goofy stick figure glow-in-the-dark costumes. Bonus tricks here.

We’ve seen some impressive ping pong trickery in the past, and this kid’s ability to land a plastic balls in plastic cups are right up there with the others. Where was this kid when Bozo’s Circus was still on the air?

Check out the precision in this extraordinary ping pong trick shot from Josep Antón Velázquez. His serves must have the perfect amount of spin, speed, height and placement to pass through the holes of the wood to finish the trick. Bravo, sir.

We’ve seen trick shots with bowling balls, ping pong balls, and hockey pucks. But if you find yourself chugging beers with this dude, he’ll be knocking your stuff over with bottle caps. The Jenga bit seems a little far-fetched though.
