Awesome Tintin

Andy Lyth did a bang-up job of matching footage from the original Tintin cartoons from the 90s with the audio from the debut trailer of Steven Spielberg’s The Adventures of Tintin CGI flick.

In anticipation of the upcoming movie, animator James Curran created what he hopes the opening credits might look like, cleverly incorporating elements from each of the 24 Tintin books.

Hergé’s classic book series gets remade as a 3D animation, with Steven Spielberg at the helm, and Peter Jackson producing. Stars Jamie Bell, Andy Serkis, Daniel Craig, Nick Frost and Simon Pegg.

Cartoonist Dan Hipp created a these Adventures of Tintin-inspired book covers as tributes to classic science fiction films lie Star Wars, Alien and Tron. We only wish these books were real.
