Awesome The Prodigy

At the 2022 Mountbatten Festival of Music. The Bands of HM Royal Marines performed an epic medley of music by The Prodigy. Arranged by Band Corporal Aaron Pitman, the set included Out of Space, Breathe, Omen, No Good (Start the Dance), The Day is My Enemy, and Voodoo People, but sadly no Smack My Bitch Up or Firestarter.

The crunchy electronic beats of The Prodigy lend themselves especially well to the lo-fi analog synth noises produced by a Stylophone. MaroMaro1337’s 11-track medley is a blast. Someone in the YouTube comments on put it best: “Prodigy on Stylophone sounds like the greatest OST from Sega Genesis.”

In March 2019, The Prodigy vocalist Keith Flint died from an apparent suicide. In tribute to the musician, the Kaleidoscope Orchestra of Manchester, U.K. performed this wonderful medley of songs including Out of Space, Omen, Spitfire, No Good (Start the Dance), Breathe, and Firestarter.

Resident metalhead Leo Moracchioli pays tribute to the The Prodigy lead singer Keith Flint in the best way possible, with a perfectly amped-up cover version of their 1997 hit track Firestarter, loaded with intense vocals and powerful guitar riffs. Rest in peace, Keith.

Guitarist Luca Stricagnoli impresses yet again with a fantastic fingerstyle trio of tracks by the godfathers of rave music The Prodigy: Invaders Must Die, Omen, and Voodoo People, performed while he wanders through seemingly endless stacks of freight containers.
