Ferrari’s latest supercar delivers 985hp combined horsepower and a 0-to-62mph time of 2.5s, thanks to an all-wheel drive hybrid gas/electric powertrain. It still packs a powerful V8 in back for that iconic exhaust note. Plus, you can plug it in, and get about 25km of pure electric range.

If there was ever any question that electric vehicles could be faster than gas-powered ones, let this video be a lesson to you. Ride along as the NIO EP9, a 1342 hp electric hypercar laps the Nürburgring in 6:45:90 – the fastest time ever recorded in a production car.

Tim from Shmee150 takes us up close and personal with this 1341hp electric track beast, capable of driving at speeds up to 194 mph, goes 0-to-124 mph in 7.1s, and is now in possession of the Nürburgring EV lap record with a time of just 7:05.12.

The droptop version of Audi’s powerful R8 supercar lets you truly enjoy the wondrous exhaust note of this 540hp V10 beast. It can still go from 0-to-62 in 3.6s, tops out at 198mph, and offers greatly improved rigidity, road and wind noise over the previous generation.

Infiniti’s sexy Emerg-E concept car is coming to Geneva; it will be propelled by a mid-mounted range-extender drivetrain which combines an electric motor and an internal combustion engine.

The soon-to-be-revealed 16′, 3740 lb Pininfarina Cambiano coupe has some intriguing details: it has three doors and gets powered by a diesel-fueled microturbine that juices four 80 hp electric motors.

The F & M Evantra supercar will be made in an edition of five; it’s handmade in Italy with a carbon fiber and aluminum body and chassis and a 3.5L 400 hp flat-6 or 600 hp twin-turbo engine option.

Its name might not roll off the tongue, but we’ll forgive any car that can crank out 1000hp, and looks as sick as this ride from automaker Genty. Only 15 will be made, and no, you can’t afford one.

Garia and Mansory have collaborated on a one-off supercar golf cart, with carbon fiber on the front and back aprons, a teak-lined cabin floor and specially designed headlights and fender gills.
