Doing push-ups and planks requires a good bit of upper body strength. Calisthenics athletes Andry Strong and Eryc Ortiz show off their power and control by performing a push-up without their legs on the ground and with Eric balanced on Andry’s neck. And then there’s this move.

Say you need to cover a wall with cement. You could get on a ladder to reach the parts above your head, or you could do like this show-off from working on a house in Brazil, and simply toss trowels full of the stuff into place from the ground. His aim is spot-on, but we’re guessing his arm is sore at the end of the day.

Engineer and maker Allen Pan will be the first to tell you he’s not exactly the Man of Steel. That didn’t stop him from taking on some of the beefiest arm wrestlers on Muscle Beach. But Allen gave himself an advantage – a custom exoskeleton to dramatically increase his arm strength. Can it help him beat the pros without ripping off his own arm?

Athlete Dmitry Politov shows off his impressive core and leg strength by running up to a street sign, planting his feet on its pole, then locking them in place to stand sideways. The hold he uses is called a toehook, which is used in rock climbing and bouldering. He posted a video that explains how he performs the move.

If you’re a serious rock climber, you need serious upper body and arm strength. Norwegian athlete Magnus Midtbø is among the world’s best rock climbers, and to prove just how strong he is, he managed to pull off this insane using only his right arm. He says he’s still working on his form.

The idea of lifting a single refrigerator by ourselves is painful enough, but strongmen Hafþór Björnsson and Zydrunas Savickas show of their ability to not only carry one fridge, but two, in a competition to see who can carry the nearly 1,000 lb. load over 65 feet the fastest.

Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson demonstrates why he’s one of the strongest men on Earth, as he picks up a 33lb keg and tosses it like it’s nothing, demolishing a world record with a distance of 24ft 6in. We’re assuming that the beer was just a bit foamy when they tapped it.

Claudio Stroe is just five years-old, but he can do more pushups that we ever could. And before you say you can do better, did we mention that Claudio does them while balanced on the tops of glass bottles?

The almighty Mountain Hafþór Björnsson, yet again proves his epic strength, as he breaks a world record by carrying a 1411 lb. log on his back and walking five steps – a feat that which purportedly last happened in ancient Viking days.

Australian breakdancer Simon Ata demonstrates some of the exercises he does to keep in shape for his dance routines, with precision control over muscles we didn’t even knew existed. Seriously, this is some next level Cirque du Soleil sh*t.

While we can crush an empty soda can with ease, this Russian strongman can fold a frying pan with his bare hands like it’s no harder than folding cardboard. Surprisingly, he’s got he’s got competition. And maybe a girlfriend.

As if it’s not insane enough to carry around an upright piano on your back, this guy has to really show off, playing a brief concert with the thing strapped to him. More musical mayhem here.
