Skydiving Through Fireworks

Skydiving Through Fireworks

The fireworks shows might be over, but we’ve got one more aerial spectacle for you to watch. For this stunt, Red Bull skydiver Jeff Provenzano dove through a bunch of fireworks as they fired off around him. Fellow skydiver Jon Devore captured the action. Instead of launching the fireworks from the ground, pilot Luke Aikens fired them from his Cessna airplane.

Synchronized Indoor Skydiving

Synchronized Indoor Skydiving

Singapore’s indoor skydiving team shows off the mindblowing freestyle routine that won them the 2025 World Championships. The four teammates float so effortlessly as they tumble in the skydiving chamber that they seem to defy the laws of physics (but they don’t). Video by Mairis Laiva.

Airplane Tows Skydiver

Airplane Tows Skydiver

Daredevil skydiver Max Manow used his wingsuit to aim at a single-engine Cessna and hooked onto a specially designed handlebar so the plane could tow him out of a narrow canyon. After grabbing on, pilot Luke Aikins lifted Max to a safe altitude to dive again. That’s fellow Red Bull skydiver Marco Fürst on aerial camera.

Skydiving from a Trampoline

Skydiving from a Trampoline

This stunt combines three thrills in one. After bouncing on a trampoline dangling from a hot air balloon, a team of skydivers jumped off and headed toward Earth. Jay Alvarez teamed up with Yasmin Xavier, Emilliano Ribeiro, FFRacoon, Mainara Fontanella, Ar Quente Balonismo, Igor Bauer, Gabriel Rocha, and sponsor EvoSim Universe to pull it off.

World’s Longest Wingsuit Proximity Flight

World’s Longest Wingsuit Proximity Flight

Skydivers Fred Fugen, Vincent “Veush” Cotte, and Aurélien “Bras Noir” Chatard set a world record for the longest terrain-flying wingsuit line, zooming over Mont Blanc, France in formation for 7.5 km (4.66 mi.) They captured POV footage of the incredible flight using a GoPro MAX action camera. You can also watch the flight in VR.

Rail Grinding Out of an Airplane

Rail Grinding Out of an Airplane

Red Bull skateboarder and X-Games gold medalist Leticia Bufoni performed this crazy stunt called the “Sky Grind”. She started out on her skateboard inside an aircraft. After a brief rail grind, she let the board fly and deployed her parachute as she headed 9,000 feet to the Earth below. Behind-the-scenes footage here.

Bohemian Rhapsody Wind Dance

Bohemian Rhapsody Wind Dance

During WindGames 2019, Fred Fernandez turned in an amazing and frenetic performance, set to a medley of classic Queen tunes as he flew through the air in one of those indoor skydiving facilities. Check it out from another angle here.

If you’ve ever been in one of those indoor skydiving facilities, you know it can be a pretty wild experience. Without fear of ever hitting the ground, they even use the chambers for dance competitions. Prepare to be amazed with this performance by freestyle dancer Kyra Poh.

Skydiving from a Drone

Skydiving from a Drone

A while back, we watched CaseyNeistat hang from a drone that lifted him off the ground, but this feat is even more impressive, as Aerones used their 28-propellor drone to lift skydiver Ingus Augstkalns from a tower to a height of ~1082 ft before he lept off. (Thanks Einarr!)

Double Rainbow Skydive

Double Rainbow Skydive

(LOUD) Check out this awe-inspiring, but way-too-short video captured by skydivers over New Zealand who came across not just one, but two concentric circular rainbows as they headed towards the Earth below.

Riding a Mega Swing

Riding a Mega Swing

Hanging in the basket of a hot air balloon can be quite a thrill. Hanging 400 feet beneath the basket of a hot air balloon, 6000 feet off the ground like these guys from the Red Bull Skydive team is just insane. Awe-inspiring, but still insane.

Skydiving without a Parachute

Skydiving without a Parachute

On 7/30/2016, daredevil Luke Aikins recently jumped from an airplane at 25,000 feet, and headed towards Earth without a chute. The trick to him not being splattered across the desert at the end of his 2-minute freefall? A giant net to break his fall.

Quidditch Skydiving

Quidditch Skydiving

This is probably the closest us muggles will get to playing Quidditch in real life. In this commercial for Colombian telecoms company ETB, a group of skydivers played Hogwart’s dangerous game en route to the ground, complete with brooms and a hoop.

(PG-13: Language) Hostelworld shares this Skype conversation between a joker named Roger and his parents, whose minds were blown when their son suddenly jumped out of a plane and continued their chat while skydiving.

GoPro Falls off Skydiver

GoPro Falls off Skydiver

Kristoffer Örstadius’ dad recently found a GoPro. This is the last video on its memory card, a skydiving video taken about four years ago. At about 1:30 it gets knocked off of the man holding it, and things get trippy. Turn the volume down.

Wingsuit Surfing

Wingsuit Surfing

Team Betsafe skydivers Espen Fadnes and Bjørn Magne Bryn pulled off a perfectly coordinated jump in which one of the men wore a wingsuit and allowed the other to stand on his back for over 20 seconds while approaching with his canopy.
