Awesome Shwood

These limited-run sunglasses from Shwood’s CAMP collection honor U.S. National Parks: Yellowstone, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Grand Teton, and Great Smoky Mountains. They have bio-plastic frames, wood accents, polarized, impact-resistant lenses, and a mini sleeping bag pouch. 5% of sales go to local non-profits to help preserve our parks.

Shwood continues to diversify its wooden sunglasses with the Fifty-Fifty Titanium Collection. The three sunglasses all have frames made from a single sheet of titanium, which are then paired with hardwood temples.

Shwood diversifies its wooden sunglasses with its Stone Collection. The glasses’ birch wood frames and temples are sandwiched in 1mm thick sheets of slate. In gray and black, limited to 200 pieces each.

The new Ashland is as stylish as they come, but the 3-ply frame and 2-ply temple construction makes it especially sturdy. A maple and walnut hardcase can also be purchased for added protection.

Wood is good with Portland’s Shwood sunglasses; two handcrafted retro-style frames are available, each using Zebrawood, Wenge or Maple with Italian Carl Zeiss lenses.
