Inspired by the boots of 1900s linemen, these retro boots have full-grain leather uppers that have been hand finished to get a worn-in look. They also have memory foam footbeds and Vibram outsoles. Available in light brown and dark brown.

The All Star Game variant of the Superstar Primeknit has a glow-in-the-dark coating on its rubber shell toe, tongue and the otherwise black knit upper, making for sneakers that are light in more ways than one.
Nike’s quest for ankle protection continues with this improved version of Kevin Durant’s latest signature shoe. The KD8 Elites have built-in calf-length compression socks, while their woven upper has been reinforced with Kevlar overlays. Drops 4/14/16.

This J. Crew import is a retro variant of New Balance’s classic tennis shoe silhouette. It has an all white leather upper, perforated New Balance logo and fleece lining. A nice alternative to Stan Smiths.
New Balance’s Football Pack is a trio of UK-made monochromatic shoes inspired by ’80s soccer boots. Two of the shoes are based on existing models – the 1500 and the 577 – while the Epic TR is a new silhouette.
Adidas slims down the Tubular Nova using its Primeknit technology. The Tubular Nova PK has a two-tone seamless knit upper under suede overlays. Available in white/black, black/black and blue/black. Drops 4/2016.
The third concept in Adidas’ Futurecraft series is a peek at the future of its Primeknit technology. It’s a machine-knitted upper that can be customized not just by size and fit but by material as well.
Givenchy creative director Ricardo Tisci turns the Nike Dunk into a street boxing shoe. It has a leather upper, Lunarlon insole and memory foam in its tongue and collar. It will also be available in white/black and white/red. Drops 2/11/16 for $300.
Timberland celebrates Super Bowl 50 by partnering with Horween, the official leather supplier for NFL footballs. These classic 6″ boots have an upper made of brown or black football leather. They also have rawhide laces and 18k gold eyelets.
The influential silhouette from Yohiji Yamamoto’s Adidas line remains fire even with the torrent of stylish runners and trainers, but obviously its outrageous price keeps it rare. This new all-white colorway keeps it fresh. We can hear it calling to us. Eating’s overrated anyway!
Nike and Undefeated’s Speed Destroyed collection celebrates the 50th Super Bowl with black and gold shoes and apparel, including an imposing varsity jacket with 50 stars at the back, an Air Trainer 1 and an Ultra XT.
Classic basketball shoes look nice, but let’s face it, they’re clunky and heavy. Nike solves that problem by updating the Air Force 1 with a fully knit one-piece upper and a foam-injected midsole. The result is a shoe that’s 50% lighter than the original.
The Metcon 2 is as light, grippy and stable as the original, but it has an extra cushioning on the heel area for a more snug and comfortable fit. Larger abrasive-resistant patches and a heel bumper enhance its durability.
The 2016 Black History Month collection adds bright colors and geometric patterns to various Nike apparel and shoes. The lineup includes new basketball shoes such as the LeBron XIII and Kyrie 2 and street shoes like the Roshe One and AJ 1 Retro.
If you missed out on the Concepts eggplant timbos, keep an eye out for this similar release from another frequent Timberland collaborator. Villa says the shoe was inspired by rare purple diamonds, but let’s just call a cool shoe a cool shoe. Drops 1/28/16 for $200.
