Awesome Resistance

Spov Design’s stylish clip for the just-released Resistance 3 was inspired by the game’s Saul Bass-inspired, Olly Moss-designed cover art and features a gritty, minimal palette. (Thanks, Sion!)

The reviews are in, and it seems the PS3’s flagship FPS didn’t disappoint, with great graphics, weapons and gameplay, a surprisingly good single player story and well-designed multiplayer maps.

This nasty new biological weapon is capable of infecting enemies and turning them into contagious plague bombs to spread their ailment to others. Reminds us of Halo’s Flood except in gun form.

Insomnia unveils a juicy 5+ minutes of multiplayer footage from the Trainyard level, set in Bogota, Colombia. We can’t wait to get our hands on the insane new homing rocket-launcher, the Firestorm.

Here’s an early look at the multiplayer gameplay from the upcoming FPS. Supports up to 16 players, and the weapons look solid. We’re not quite sure why that dude’s on fire, but still running around.
