Awesome Raiders Of The Lost Ark

After his tribute to Aladdin, CG artist David Scott of Enbiggen is back with another musical marble machine. Hit play and enjoy as Indiana Jones relives the mine cart chase from The Temple of Doom and the boulder scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark. The soothing kalimba music was performed by BluntoMarx.

Fabrice Mathieu mashed up the opening sequence from Raiders of the Lost Ark with footage from Star Wars universe, making the daring archaeologist take on evil Jar-Jars, and all manner of nasties to recover the C-3PO idol. The trash compactor creature was a nice touch.

This is one candle that you’ll love to watch burn, as the evil Gestapo agent from Raiders of the Lost Ark meets his maker in the most excrutiatingly face-melting way possible. Ark of the Covenant sold separately.

While the sound effects are all wrong, we got a good chuckle from Reid Southen’s doctoring of this scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark, replacing the giant boulder with another round, rolly object. Also, he made this a year ago, so he had no idea what BB-8 sounded like yet.
