Awesome Puzzle

After casting a metal bolt with double threads, Robinson Foundry is back to show off another unusual bolt design. This oversize bolt has a maze thread pattern, which requires a complex sequence of moves to remove its nut. Like many of his other builds, he created ceramic molds over 3D prints, which he melted away.

After a false start on the PS3 follow up to Shadow of the Colossus is coming to the PS4. The Last Guardian has players guide a young boy and his companion – a giant, winged creature to solve puzzles and negotiate treacherous environments.

Trine 3‘s knight, thief and wizard display their unique abilities separately. The game’s colors are still too saturated for our taste, but the platforming and puzzles are still on point even with the new 3D environment.

Superhot is a browser-based first-person shooter that takes bullet-time to its extreme. In the game, time only moves when you move or look around, making it as much of a puzzler as it is a shooter. Coming soon on Steam.

Designer Konstantin Diaz created this neat concept for a Rubik’s Cube – instead of the colors themselves, the names of colors are embossed in Braille on the tiles of the cube.
