Animator MootroidXproductions loves to create stop-motion shorts using action figures and toys. This epic battle sequence features a confrontation between multiple building-stomping Godzillas and a powerful human/Pikachu hybrid, all set to a jazzy soundtrack. They followed it up with Godzilla vs. Kong vs. Pexachu.

Artist WUZU clay made the cutest little sculpture of a Nintendo Game Boy / Game Boy Advance hybrid. They built the display inside a metal tin with an acrylic control section and working switches, then sculpted the game’s D-Pad, buttons, and characters out of polymer clay with magnets to hold them in place.

Pokémon will recognize this character as the Blastoise – a big turtle with powerful water cannons under its shell. 3D Sanago crafted this statue of the turtle and rigged it to shoot steam from its cannons instead of water. He used a stone to provide a curved template for drawing the body with a 3D printing pen. Turn subtitles on.

To celebrate 25th years of Pokémon, Baccarat enlisted artist Hiroshi Fujiwara to create an extraordinary collectible. Limited to 25 pieces, the 11.8″ tall crystal Pikachu weighs 18.2 lb. and sells for $25,000. For those looking for something more affordable, there’s a 5.8″ tall Pikachu for $440 and a 2.75″ Poké Ball for $410.

Realm Crafts spent a full year working on this incredible cross-stitch, packed with all 151 first-generation Pokémon characters. While we would have loved it if the time-lapse had more in-between frames to show us, the artistry of the work more than makes up for it.

Every time we’ve tried to write “Happy Birthday” on a cake, it comes out a sloppy mess. (PG-13) A group of Pokémon Go players employs the help of a kid to help hatch some virtual eggs. All of a sudden, a crowd descends on their car with the notion that the costumed kid is an actual Pikachu. Like all RackaRacka videos, chaos, violence, and destruction quickly ensue.

Domino mosaic master The Domino King pays tribute to two staples of the Pokémon universe, Ash Ketchum and Pikachu. This amazing display features 35,592 colorful dominoes, arranged to form a variety of festive Pokémon-themed images.

Our latest look at Nintendo Switch’s mega RPG Pokémon Sword and Shield is a doozy. The game will feature open-world areas where wild pokémon are visible, raids for up to four players, and a three-turn move called Dynamax that turns your critters into giants. The game drops 11/15/19.

Now these are gym leaders. Ojitendo Studio designed this silly figure that imagines Pokémon’s goofy Dugtrio triplets as bodybuilders. The figure also comes with a pot and a soil effect for display, but why hide all those rippling, shiny muscles?

Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield are the next mainline Pokémon games. Made exclusively for the Nintendo Switch, the games will feature an all-new region, new Pokémon, and beautiful cartoon-style 3D graphics. Both games will drop late 2019.

The first official live-action Pokémon movie follows a young man (Justice Smith) whose father goes missing. He ends up enlisting the help of his father’s former partner, who happens to be Pikachu. Oh, did we mention Detective Pikachu is voiced by Ryan Reynolds?

You’ll soon be able to experience the original Pokemon in a whole new light. Pokemon Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokemon Let’s Go, Eevee! for the Nintendo Switch are 3D remakes of Pokemon Yellow, with added Alolan forms for each of the 151 original Pokemon. Drops 11/16/18.

Pokémon Duel for iOS and Android combines a board game with Pokémon’s familiar collecting and battling mechanics. The goal is to get one of your virtual figures to your opponent’s base. You can customize your Pokémon’s attacks and level them up.
