SPINN design’s CP.01 is a plate that attaches to the bottom of DSLR or mirrorless cameras. Hook your strap into the CP.01 and your camera won’t swing or slip while you’re moving. It also keeps the strap out of the way of your hands and the camera’s controls while you’re shooting, and is compatible with Arca-Swiss tripods.

Fujifilm’s GFX100 medium format camera has several industry-leading features aside from its bonkers 102-megapixel backside illuminated sensor. It has in-body image stabilization, full-coverage phase-detect autofocus, and 30fps 4K video capability.

The Slow Mo Guys took their pricey Phantom high-speed camera, mounted it sideways, attached a macro probe lens to it, and then focused it inside the vortex created by a self-stirring tumbler. The resulting slow-motion footage is a truly amazing look at fluid dynamics.

Inspired by early filmmakers like Eadweard Muybridge, James Medcraft created his hypnotic short film by slicing imagery captured from a moving vehicle in Hong Kong. Like reassembling slivers of shredded paper, he creates a work of art from what would otherwise be mundane imagery.

It’s tricky to shoot good images with a mirror in the shot, but the guys at COOPH show us six clever ways to use these reflective surfaces to capture some truly creative photos. Though we recommend wearing gloves before handling shattered mirror glass.

From Xiaomi’s Fimi brand comes an impressive foldable videography and photography drone. The X8 SE has a 12MP Sony sensor that shoots up to 4K/30fps video. It also has a 3-axis gimbal, tons of smart photo and video modes and a 33min flight time.

Photographer Kensuke Koike shows off a neat trick you can do with any image on heavy paper and a pasta maker. By shredding the picture into strips, the image can be duplicated into progressively lower resolution versions of itself.

The Inuk is a thin and light tripod for mobile devices and cameras. It folds down to the size of a smartphone and weighs just 0.35 lb, thanks to its carbon fiber construction. It comes with straps, but it becomes infinitely more useful with the optional suction cups and magnets.

The Reto3D is an affordable and easy-to-use 35mm film camera that takes three pictures at a time. Using its app, you can stitch the images together to make a short animated gif with an extra sense of depth. It has a built-in flash and is focus-free.

The successor to the beloved Ricoh GR II point-and-shoot. The GR III is even smaller than its predecessor and packs a 24.2MP CMOS sensor, a 3-axis shake reduction system, a 3″ touchscreen control panel and an 18.3mm wide angle lens.

The successor to the X-T20, Fujifilm’s X-T30 packs many of the shooting capabilities of the beloved X-T3 but in a much smaller and lighter package. It offers nearly 100% coverage phase-detection AF, 4K video recording, and digital versions of Fujifilm’s classic film stocks.

Located in Eastern Alaska, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program is a research facility used to study the ionosphere. The Skyglow Project recently was granted access to the mysterious looking array of antennas, and caught the Aurora Borealis while shooting.

Wandrd’s Veer 18 is an 18L camera bag with an inflatable back panel that acts as an internal frame. You can deflate the back panel and fold the bag to a third of its size for storage. There’s also an optional matching inflatable cube that protects your camera.
