Good for up to 16 feet underwater, Pentax’s 1″ thick Optio W80 is no one-trick pony: it squeezes in a 12.1″ MP sensor, 28mm wide-angle lens, 5x optical zoom and 720p video.

Pentax’s K-7 is the latest movie-capable DSLR to join the fray with [email protected]; it also features a rugged magnesium alloy body, 14.6MP sensor, 3″ Live View LCD and HDR mode.

At nearly double the cost but the same specs of a regular K20D, these pricey (but gorgeous) titanium 14.6MP Pentax K20D DSLRs are pure vanity; they’re limited to 1,000 pieces.

Pentax’s entry-level K2000 is getting a limited edition white body bundled with two lenses (18-55mm, 50-20mm); it’s coming 2/09, which means no dreaming of a white Christmas.

Pentax’s K2000 is a 10.2 MP entry-level DSLR for point-and-shoot upgraders. It has a small body and simplified controls, but still gets image stabilization and a quick burst mode.
