HP’s first serious tablet runs an optimized version of Palm’s webOS, has a 9.7-inch 1024×768 display, dual-core Snapdragon CPU, front-facing camera, Wi-Fi and an optional 3G model with GPS.

Google Voice arrives on the iPhone and Palm Pre courtesy HTML5; you’ll need to access it via your browser, but outgoing calls will display on Caller ID with your Google Voice number.

OtterBox’s Tandem Series is godsend for Palm Pre owners in search of a case: it features silicone-lined polycarbonate front and back shells that let you slide the screen smoothly.

Available 1/25/2010 with Verizon, Palm doubles down with the Pre Plus (16 GB, no home button) and Pixi Plus (WiFi); both can also serve as 3G hotspots with up to 5 devices tethered.

Sprint’s follow up to the Pre, the Palm Pixi is a non-slider candybar with 2.63″ multi-touch screen, full QWERTY, 8 GB storage, EV-DO Rev. A and 2 MP camera; no Wi-fi, though.

Engadget has dug up a treasure trove of new phones for AT&T, most due to release 2H 2009; among them: the Palm Eos, the Nokia Mako, the HTC Lancaster and the Blackberry Onyx.

Palm is back in a big way with the Pre; this multitasking phone features a 3.1″ multitouch screen, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 3MP camera, wireless charger and webOS platform.

Leaked twice over, Palm inadvertently launched the Treo Pro Tuesday. The new Treo will be the first to get tri-band 3G (HSDPA). We like the simplified design and flush touchscreen, as well.
