Awesome Nitro Circus

The latest stunt from Nitro Circus’ Life Size Toys is a real doozy. The team built an 8-foot-tall replica of a Duncan butterfly yo-yo. Then, they strapped a pair of daredevils to its sides and lowered it from a 100-foot crane to make it spin. The dizzying ride would test even the most iron of stomachs.

When we were kids, we loved making little LEGO cars. Thanks to Travis Pastrana and the gang from Nitro Circus, we now have life-size LEGO race cars. As part of their Life Size Toys series, they assembled giant LEGO bricks atop go-karts and raced them around an indoor track until bricks started to fall off. At least they’re easy to snap back together.

Freestyle scooter and BMX rider Ryan Williams shows off his balls of steel by riding a scooter downhill, up a ramp onto a 30-foot-tall scissor lift, and then dropping off the opposite side onto another ramp. He hopes to perform the same stunt on the 2022 Nitro Circus tour.

Just a couple of weeks after he blew our minds with the world’s first BMX triple front-flip, Nitro Circus’ whiz kid Ryan Williams is back with another intense feat, pulling off a trick that used to be performed only with scooters.

It wasn’t that long ago that we saw BMX rider Ryan Williams pull off an awe-inspiring single front-flip on his bike, and now he’s bested that by 3x, with an epic triple version of the same stunt – though not without some worthy competition and numerous spills along the way.

Nitro Circus and Red Bull rider Josh Sheehan made history by pulling off the world’s first triple backflip on a motorcycle. The air he got was insane, but his measured landing is even more impressive (and important).

The guys from Nitro Circus have attempted motorcycle backflips with two or three people riding on a single bike, and failed spectacularly. So what’s the only logical thing to do? Try it with four guys, of course.
