Lily James, Sebastian Stan, Seth Rogen, and Nick Offerman star in this mini-series about Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee, and the sleazy dudes who released their sex tape. It was created by Robert Siegel (The Wrestler, The Founder) with episodes directed by Craig Gillespie (I, Tonya, Cruella). Coming to Hulu 2.2.22.
Awesome Nick Offerman
We’ve seen what Full House might have looked like if it Nick Offerman had played all the characters on the show, now DrFakenstein has created a much more plausible deepfake video, in which the only character on Parks and Recreation is the gruff, but lovable Ron Swanson.
Nick Offerman — our fave Megan Mullally husband, master woodworker, and deadpan boss from Parks & Rec — gives tips for Scotch appreciation in his series My Tales of Whisky. He toasts Lagavulin’s single malt Islay Scotch whisky, Lagavulin Offerman Edition Aged 11 Years, and shows us how to pronounce the bloody thing.
Deepfakes can be used for harm, but they can also make us laugh our asses off. This clip from Dr. Fakenstein falls into the latter category, as he used the AI tech to swap the mustachioed face of Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman) onto every character in the opening credits of Full House.
(PG-13: Language) Actor Nick Offerman already has a pretty solid day job, but in case his good looks and manly voice ever fade, he’s got a career he can fall back on – writing captions for the famed (but often esoteric) cartoons from The New Yorker. Seriously, they should hire him.
“Every bag of chips is family size… if you’re an orphan.” Nick Offerman presents another reading from Reddit’s Shower Thoughts. Nick joins Attenborough, Stewart, and Jones, and Freeman in the club of people who can read the phonebook and make it sound interesting.
