New Balance is coming up with so many new dope silhouettes this year, like these minimalist and incredibly comfortable sneakers. Nothing but perforated suede panels and a Vibram outsole, the 1978 comes in a variety of colorways to suit your style.
New Balance improves upon its hiking shoes with a warm and snug textile and suede upper, a soft heel collar that makes it easier to put the shoes on, and an outsole made from recycled rubber. There’s also a mesh and suede version for warmer climates.
Japanese shoe store Mita brought the heat and the rats for its take on New Balance’s hit shoe. The MRL247MT’s gray and brown colorway was inspired by the rodents plaguing Tokyo and many other urban joints. It also has reflective logos, side panels and heel tabs.
