We’ve never seen a multitool quite like the Cloak from Coins for Anything. The thick titanium card packs a 3-inch long scraper, multiple wrenches, flat-blade screwdrivers, a bottle opener, and a ruler – plus, its cutouts can be used to securely lash together paracord or other skinny ropes without knots.

KeySmart’s inexpensive keychain multitool incorporates a bottle opener, wrench, ruler, cutter, spoke wrench, flat- and Phillips-head screwdrivers, and a wire cutter. Its built-in carabiner clip attaches easily to a belt loop or bag too. They sell versions in other animal-inspired shapes, but they include fewer tools.

This clip-on tool incorporates a bright COB flashlight along with four other handy functions. It’s got a built-in wrench, a screwdriver socket with four bits, a bottle opener, and an emergency glass breaker tip. Its flashlight has multiple brightness modes, as well as red light and strobe settings.

This unique titanium tool from ActMax splits in two to create a phone/tablet stand and doubles as a self-defense weapon. It also packs a pry bar, a rope cutter, a bottle opener, a screwdriver, a nail puller, and more. It’s also got slots for adding glow-in-the-dark tritium vials. Its halves hold together with powerful magnets.

Virginia-based Teale Designs makes this everyday essentials multitool that combines a pry bar, bottle opener, and 1/4″ hex driver. Each one is machined and hand-finished in brass and includes a lanyard and a double-ended driver bit that stows inside its body.

Includes a titanium split ring.

This keychain tool comes in handy for opening up electrical enclosures and industrial control cabinets. Patrick from Ophelion Mechatronic designed the tool to help perform the frequent task of opening cabinets while working his job as an automation/CNC technician. It’s available in stainless steel or titanium.

This multifunctional tool from Nomad combines a pry bar with four wrenches, a bottle opener, and a flint wheel firestarter at its back. Each one is handmade from powder-coated stainless steel and accented with carbon fiber. Available in gunmetal, black, stormtrooper, and green zombie finishes.

Many of the concepts that turn up on LEGO Ideas are complicated builds with thousands of pieces. But this idea by Tall Guy Bricks looks like it’s about 30 parts. Inspired by the Swiss Army knife, the LEGO Multitool has a brick separator, corkscrew, screwdriver, belt punch, magnifying glass, and an axle for removing Technic parts.

True Utility’s steel multitool offers 20 functions in a keychain-sized clip. In addition to holding your keys, it has a bottle opener, multiple flat and Phillips screwdrivers. a wire stripper, wrenches, a nail puller, pry bar, box opener, file, cutting blade, spoke wrench, and more. It comes with a form-fitting leather pouch.

Building on the design of the Suspension, Gerber’s folding tool has 17 functions, including cutters, screwdrivers, spring-loaded pliers, scissors, wire strippers, openers, saw, serrated, and fine-edge blades, among others. Tools lock firmly in place, and its girder-inspired handles are each made from a single piece of steel.

There are plenty of multitools out there, but this is the first one we’ve seen with a powered screwdriver. NexTool’s Gemini folding tool packs an electric driver with 10 precision bits, plus pliers, a knife, bottle opener, scissors, a pry tool, and more. The driver has a magnetic bit holder and a manual mode for extra torque.

A smaller version of Atech’s versatile multitool pen. This version is small enough to keep on your keychain and includes a pen, stylus tip, flathead and Phillips screwdrivers, and a 3″ ruler. It’s made from aluminum and has a hexagonal body to keep it from rolling around.
