Babylon A.D.’s trailer doesn’t reveal much plot-wise, but what we do see has us sold: stealth bombers, Russian submarines, cyborg implants, psionic combat and Michelle Yeoh kicking butt.

Big Buck Bunny is a funny animated short with overtones of Rambo. What makes this film unique is that it was created with free software; all its data, characters and textures are open source.

The Iron Man Blu-ray edition (avail. 9/30) packs more punch than a flame-throwing robotic suit. Our favorite extra is the Hall of Armor, which displays 3D schematics of suits and weapons.

It was Earth, all along: Planet of the Apes will be coming to Blu-Ray 11/4 in a 40 Year Evolution five disc set. Includes all five films in 1080p with 5.1 DTS MA, along with a 200 page art book.
