Motown meets prog metal in the latest musical mashup from Bill McClintock. The track combines I’ll be Around by The Spinners with Queensrÿche’s Jet City Woman, transforming the hard-edged ballad into a smooth stone groove – with a little help from Steely Dan’s Do It Again.

Postmodern Jukebox dusted off The Romantics’ 1980 hit What I Like About You and sent it even further back in the time machine. Their fresh interpretation gives the pop hit a 1960s sound, straight out of Motown, and clearly inspired by The Way You Do the Things You Do. That’s singer Tia Simone belting out the soulful vocals.

Music mashup master Bill McClintock is at it again. This time, he managed to combine the Motown sounds of The Isley Brother’s classic Shout! with the metal edge of Motörhead’s Ace of Spades, giving frat boys a whole new kind of chant for their toga parties. Shoo-be-doo-wop-bop.

We never knew that The Temptations were actually five white guys. But that’s what comedian Jimmy Slonina would have us believe with his hilariously spot-on lip-sync performance of their 1969 Motown classic I Can’t Get Next to You that he recorded in various stages of grooming. His Bee Gees lip-sync is equally hysterical.

My, my, my, we ain’t too proud to beg. Bill McClintock’s latest musical mashup combines the motown sounds of The Temptations with the wailing vocals of ’80s hair band Great White. However wrong the idea may seems, it comes together brilliantly.

Postmodern Jukebox and vocalist Jennie Lena turn in a swinging ’60s style cover version of Ozzy Osbourne’s rock classic Crazy Train. We can say with a high degree of certainty that Jennie won’t be biting the head off any bats any time soon.
