Awesome Motorola

Its squat design recalls the last gen Nano, but Motorola’s Hint QA30 is their first QWERTY cellphone: it’s a dedicated messaging phone, with one-touch SMS, email and IM.

Motorola’s VE66 is their latest slider phone for shutter bugs; it packs a 5 MP camera with LED flash, auto-focus, and stabilization; other features include WiFi and a 2.4″ TFT screen.

Motorola’s ZINE ZN5 camera phone is now available through T-Mobile; the phone starts at just under $100 with a two year contract, and sports a 5 MP camera, FM radio, Wi-Fi and xenon flash.

The Motorola Aura is a love-it or hate-it swiveling luxury phone, with a HAL-like cyclops display protected by a 62-carat sapphire lens; the case itself is made from polished stainless steel.

Part candybar and part Kodak camera, Motorola’s Motozine ZN5 cellphone is coming to T-Mobile 11/3. The photo-friendly phone will get 5 MP, a Xenon flash and on the fly photo editing.

Motorola’s Krave ZN4 features an interactive clear flip on the outside as well as a 2.8″ touchscreen; it works with Verizon’s V CAST media network along with bluetooth and a 2 MP camera.

Available this December, Motorola’s mid-range Q11 Smartphone gets Windows Mobile 6.1, WiFi, quad-band GPRS/EDGE, a 3 MP camera with Flash and integrated GPS, but no 3G.

The Motorola VU30 Rapture is a bit of a hybrid cellphone; it’s a clamshell yet still packs a touch sensitive screen and turn-by-turn GPS via Verizon’s proprietary Navigator service.

What Motorola’s i576 cellphone lacks in looks, it makes up for with ruggedness. Military certified for dust, shock, vibration and extreme temps, it also includes Bluetooth and GPS.

New to Motorola’s ROKR line: the EM25 (slider), EM28 (clamshell) and EM30 (candybar) are all cheaper alternatives to the E8. They should be available globally in a few weeks.

Motorola’s MOTO U9 is a slick clamshell phone (T-Mobile & AT&T customers) with an eye-catching external OLED display. Also nice: MP3-friendly buttons, quad-band GSM, and stereo bluetooth.
