British automaker Morgan’s latest 3-wheeler is powered by a 118bhp, 1.5-liter, 3-cylinder Ford engine instead of one copped from a motorcycle. It’s designed for touring and adventuring and features a stiff new monocoque chassis, a digital instrument panel, and side rails for attaching gear like suitcases and a fancy leather cupholder.

Morgan’s two-seaters are usually driven on tracks or for touring. But the Plus Four CX-T can take drivers across rugged off-road terrain. Built with Rally Raid UK, the car has a custom suspension offering 9″ of ground clearance, larger tires, skid plates, and a rear storage area for tools and spare tires. Just eight of the cars will be produced.

To celebrate not only their shared UK heritage, department store Selfridges and automaker Morgan teamed up to create this very special limited-edition electric 3-wheeler. It’s loaded with bespoke British details, and goes up to 150mi per charge with a top speed of 90 mph.

The most fun you can have on three wheels will soon have instant torque. The EV3 Concept has an oil-cooled 46kW (~62hp) electric motor that can propel its carbon fiber-on-wood chassis to over 90mph. The production version will be available Q4 2016.

UK auto-maker Morgan Motor Company is working on a modern remake of the classic 3-Wheeler, sold from 1909 to 1953. The featherweight can go 0-60 in just 4.5 secs on its 1800cc Harley engine.

Out in 2012, the Morgan EvaGT is a sexy limited production coupe with hand-finished aluminum body and BMW’s 306 hp twin turbo 3.0-liter straight 6. 0-60 in 4.5 seconds and top speed of 170 mph.

Morgan celebrates its 100th birthday with the Morgan Aero SuperSports, a retro-styled roadster with modern aluminum chassis, BMW-sourced 4.8L V8 and a detachable hardtop.
