The 15.6″ ASUS ZenScreen MB16AC is the world’s thinnest and lightest portable 1080p monitor, at only 8mm thick and weighing just 1.8lb. It gets power and data via USB-C and can be used in both portrait and landscape modes as either a mirror or a second display.

It’s hard to remember this monitor’s name, but it certainly leaves an impression. LG’s new 43″ 4K monitor has a ton of inputs: two HDMI 1.4, two HDMI 2.0, a DisplayPort 1.2, a USB-C port and two USB 3 ports, so you can have up to four 21.5″ 1080p displays at once.

The ASUS PG27UQ is the world’s first 4K monitor that refreshes at 144Hz. The 27″ display also supports NVIDIA’s G-Sync technology for variable refresh rates when using NVIDIA GPUs, as well as HDR 10 technology. Now we just need a graphics card that can run it.

One of the most glorious gaming monitors we’ve seen yet, this enormous 35″, 21:9 ratio curved screen packs a 3400×1440 resolution, a fast 100Hz refresh rate, and supports NVIDIA G-Sync to eliminate screen-tearing while you frag your enemies.

Samsung’s new flagship curved PC monitor. Available in 27″ or 31.5″, the nearly bezel-less CH711 has a 2,560 x 1,440 resolution, 21:9 aspect ratio, up to 125% sRGB coverage and a 178º viewing angle. It also has various gaming settings and a picture-in-picture mode.

Samsung’s new SE370 monitor has a Qi wireless charger built into its base. Available in 24″ and 27″ sizes, the 16:9 1080p display also supports AMD FreeSync to reduce screen tearing (when connected to PCs with AMD APUs or GPUs).

A clip-on monitor for laptops. It gives you one or two extra 1080p IPS displays that can swivel up to 180º and slide inside the case when not in use. It runs on a single USB 3.0 port or two USB 2.0 ports and comes in 13″, 15″ and 17″.

The LG 34UC97 is a 34″ 21:9 3440 x 1440 IPS display. Its curved shape works wonders from a computer monitor viewing distance. It has HDMI, DisplayPort and Thunderbolt 2 inputs and comes with a neat screen splitting app.

DTI claims that its Mission Critical monitor can display glasses-free stereoscopic 3D with no sweet spots and no compromise in resolution and brightness. It alternately flickers the video feed for the left and right eye to create the effect.

An extra display for laptops. Packed Pixels is a 9.7″ screen with a 2048 x 1536 resolution. It’s powered via USB and uses a DisplayPort connection. It comes with side mounting brackets as well as a desk stand.

The Cinemizer OLED has two 870 × 500 OLED displays that mimic a single 40″ monitor. It has adjustable focus, head tracking that emulates a mouse, a 6-hour battery, as well as stereoscopic 3D via HDMI and AV inputs.

At just 9.8mm thick, HP’s new “Micro-Thin” 1080p LED/LCD monitor is nearly as slim as those pricey OLED displays but at a fraction of the price. The x2301 hits in June for just $280.

From the “why didn’t we think of this?” file comes a touchscreen display that doubles as a wide-format printer and a scanner. Byeong Min Choe’s design is only a concept, but it should be real.

Ideal for laptop users in need of extra screen real estate, the Mimo 740 Touchscreen is a 7″ 800×480 display that weighs 1.3 lbs, rotates between portrait and landscape, and runs on USB.

We’re usually looking at the front of monitors, but iZ3D is releasing a series of custom-painted 22″ LCD monitors which range from industrial to hot rod; it’ll take 3-4 weeks to paint.

Apple’s 24″ LED-backlit Cinema Display sports the same black bezel of its iMac and new MacBook lines; it’ll get 1920×1200, built-in iSight and mic, stereo speakers and a 3-port USB hub.
