Awesome Millennium Falcon

LEGO has made lots of Millennium Falcon sets, from the tiny 92-piece microfighter to the massive 7541-piece version. But this 921-piece mid-size Millennium Falcon (#75375) is the perfect weekend build and doesn’t need a big display space. The spaceship measures 9.5″ L x 7.5″ W x 5″ H, and includes a stand and LEGO Star Wars 25th anniversary plaque.

Artist Leonardo Ugolini is known for building intricate sandcastles and sand sculptures. In this video, he shows off a beachside version of the Millennium Falcon, while narrating his process with the most soothing voice. After performing a restoration miracle on Luke Skywalker’s X-Wing Fighter, Rescue & Restore is back to clean up another classic Star Wars toy. This time, they removed the dirt and grime from a water-damaged Millennium Falcon, gave it the full Retrobright treatment, and made it look as good as new, decals and all.

While it doesn’t have nearly as many pieces as the Ultimate Collector Series version of the Millennium Falcon, intronDave’s LEGO model is about 50% larger. He used the now rare mid-scale version as a guide for 3D printing 356 jumbo (500% scale) LEGO bricks to snap together his 70-pound model.
