Motor Trend puts us behind the wheel of the ultimate Miata, a ride built to celebrate the little roadster’s 20th anniversary. This tiny beast has been upgraded with a supercharger, improved suspension, and grippy R-compound tires.

Celebrating two decades of Miata, Mazda has released a 20th Anniversary MX-5 for JDM only; it’ll come in white with special badges, clear foglights, and heated red/black Recaro seats.

Our favorite grinning hatch gets teeth with the 2010 Mazdaspeed3; a hood scoop, revised grill, bigger shoes, fog lamps and twin exhaust join a power bump to 268hp at the end of 2009.
