We’ve driven the Lexus LC 500 before, and it’s a truly amazing vehicle. Now, Lexus is showing off a concept version that lets the wind blow through your hair as its powerful V8 launches you down the road in the lap of luxury. Let’s hope Lexus puts it into production just like this.

We went behind the scenes with Mark Levinson to learn about the audiophile grade sound systems they make for Lexus vehicles. There’s no way to convey how amazing they sound without listening in person, but read on to get a sense of just what goes into making these systems so good.

If Lexus’ latest automotive autonomy feature sounds too good to be true, that’s because it’s way too close to April Fools Day for us to buy it. Still, the idea that you could force annoying drivers to move out of your way remotely should come standard on all modern vehicles.

A one-of-a-kind luxury boat from automaker Lexus, designed to provide its passengers with an extravagant seafaring experience. It’s powered by a pair of 5.0-liter V8 engines from their RC F, GS F and LC 500, producing a total of 880hp, and has a carbon fiber composite hull.

Lexus’ latest exec sedan offers much more aggressive styling, drops 200 lbs, and gets a new, stiffer chassis, and a 415 hp twin-turbo V6. Luxe interior options include a Mark Levinson 3D surround sound system, and 28-way power seats with heat, cooling, and shiatsu massage.

Lexus and Vevo collaborated to build this awesome version of its IS sports sedan, wrapped in 41,999 colorful LEDs. It can display images and animations, and can respond to gestures or music. It appears in the music video for Be the One from UK musician Dua Lipa.

Get behind the wheel of Lexus’ F Performance line cars, like the 467hp RC F coupe and GS F sedan. Drivers can attend a half- or full-day session and learn techniques in autocross, skidpad, track driving, and more, all under the supervision of professional drivers.

The popular luxury sedan gets a visual facelift for 2017, with a bolder and more aggressive front end, highlighted by huge new air intakes, and sharper lines overall. Available with a 241hp 2.0L turbo 4, a 255hp or 306hp 3.5L V6, paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

We were very fortunate to get the opportunity to drive the awesome new 467 hp Lexus GS F sport sedan, but our ride-along with racing expert Scott Pruett was the real highlight of our visit to California’s Chuckwalla Raceway, an off-the-beaten-path track that’s worth a visit.

Lexus UK worked with design agency NVDK, Laser Cut Works, and Scales & Models to create a full-scale, driveable replica of the Lexus IS sedan, using from 1700 laser-cut pieces of cardboard. We’re guessing it’s not as much fun to drive as the actual IS, but it’s still really cool.

After teasing us, Lexus has revealed their working hoverboard. It uses the superconductor tech we featured a few years back, and a custom-built magnetic hoverboard park, so it won’t be in stores anytime soon. Still, it’s pretty awesome.

Lexus will offer its sporty IS sedan with a 241hp, 2.0L turbo-4 engine that beats out the current 2.5L V6 by 37hp and 73 lb-ft. of torque. With a rear-wheel drivetrain and improved brakes, the new model should be a blast to drive.
