Woodworking Art continues to impress us with their hand-carved models of cars, trucks, and SUVs. Their latest sculpture is a detailed version of the luxurious, yet highly-capable Lexus GX 460. The part where they carved out the cabin was immensely satisfying, as was lathing the tires and carving the wheel rim pattern.

We were fortunate to be among the first to take a ride in the 2022 Lexus IS 500 F Sport Performance. Pro race driver Townsend Bell gave us a speedy tour of Texas’ Eagles Canyon Raceway, sliding deftly through the corners in the 472 hp V8-powered RWD sports sedan. The exhaust note sounds fantastic on this thing too.

When it comes to smooth and comfortable sedans, the Lexus ES is among the best you can buy. When the weather gets rough, we’d prefer an all-wheel-drive model. We spent a week behind the wheel of the ES 250 AWD F Sport, which can send power to all four wheels, instilling confidence and control in inclement conditions.

The V8-powered Lexus IS F went off the market in 2014. The Lexus IS 500 F Sport Performance brings the V8 back, making 472 hp and 395 lb-ft. of torque. It builds on the crisp Lexus IS sedan, adding quad exhaust, 19″ Enkei sport wheels, adaptive suspension, a Torsen limited-slip diff, upgraded brake cooling, and more.

Limited to just 100 units, this blacked-out edition of the Lexus LC 500 gets a carbon fiber roof, a carbon fiber rear spoiler, 21-inch black forged wheels, and a beautifully understated black and tan interior. In addition to its 471 hp V8, this model has a Torsen limited-slip differential and a rear performance rod for enhanced handling.

It’s been a minute since we got behind the wheel of a Lexus IS, but we recently got to spend some time with the latest model of the sporty sedan, which offers numerous improvements to its chassis, suspension, and technology. The results are a car that’s more engaging to drive, while still offering plenty of comfort and luxury.

Lexus teamed up with Expedition Overland to create this luxury off-road monster. The LX-based SUV packs a 550 hp supercharged V8, a lifted suspension, an air snorkel, LED trail lighting, and more. The J201 will make its debut at the punishing Rebelle Rally on 10.8.20 with defending champs Rachelle Croft and Taylor Pawley behind the wheel.

Lexus’ long-running sports sedan gets a crisp new look, along with upgrades to its handling and dynamics. The car has seen enhancements to its chassis and suspension for a more connected and refined feel. It’s more than an inch longer and wider than before, and can now be equipped with 19″ wheels for greater grip.

Lexus presents a drop-top version of its sexy and powerful LC 500 Coupe. It’s still got concept car looks and that growly 471 hp V8, but now you can enjoy the exhaust note with the wind in you hair. Limited to 100 units, the Inspiration Series gets Structural Blue paint, a beautiful white leather interior, and chrome/black 21-inch wheels.

Lexus looks ahead to 2030. This luxury electric coupe concept is powered by four in-wheel motors, and packs autonomous and driver-assistance technologies. Its windows are dimmable, and it has an interactive ceiling display that floats above rear seat passengers. With an estimated 536 hp, it can zoom to 62 mph in 3.8 sec.

Lexus teamed up with Italian design studio Nuvolari Lenard and Marquis Yachts to create a production version of the Sport Yacht Concept. The 65-foot boat sleeps six, and is detailed with stainless steel, real wood trim, and custom furnishings throughout. This time, they went with Volvo Penta boat engines instead of Lexus V8s.

As special as the Lexus LC 500 already is, this limited edition of the luxurious 471 horsepower, V8-powered sports coupe looks just that much more gorgeous bathed in rich Nori Green paint, and decked out with two-tone tan and black aniline leather, and Alcantara trim inside. Just 100 of these unique cars are coming to the U.S.
