Retro lamp maker Anglepoise offers 3:1 lamps. But they also have something on the other end of the scale. The 90 Mini Mini is a half-scale version of the company’s iconic 1970’s lamp, the Model 90. It’s powered via USB, and is available in blue or gray.

DIY Perks shows us how to make a beautiful, vintage-looking Bluetooth speaker and LED lamp using cheap parts and electronics. There is a bit of 3D printing and soldering involved though. If you’re up to the task, check out the video’s description for the relevant links.

The Fowndry’s officially licensed Star Wars lamp is based on the design of the classic articulating Anglepoise lamp. Its head is designed to look like a TIE Fighter and plugs in via USB. Sadly, it doesn’t make the TIE Fighter’s intimidating noise.
