Awesome Kevin Parry

Animator Kevin Parry takes us on a wild ride without leaving his studio… or his office chair, for that matter. Painstakingly positioning each object and the camera and then adding sound effects and lights, he created a scene you’d swear was playing out on a busy highway. Check out the making-of video here.

As we’ve seen before, Kevin Parry loves his visual trickery. He’s also quite good at making stop-motion animations. In this short clip, he fools us into thinking he’s pulling off jumps and flips on a trampoline, when in fact, he’s just wriggling around on his floor. We’d be covered in dog hair if we tried the same on our hardwood floor.

Having worked on movies like Kubo and the Two Strings and Missing Link, animator Kevin Parry loves visual effects. When he’s not working on feature films, he makes his own illusion videos.
