Awesome Kermit The Frog

It’s not easy being green. Kermit the Frog finds himself in a dystopian world where he encounters terrifying creatures, a fascist army, and an interdimensional bureaucrat. eli_handle_b.wav dropped the chief Muppet into Half-Life 2 where we fully expect him to go all higgledy-piggledy the first time he encounters a headcrab.

We suppose that a frog who dates a pig is a bit of a weirdo, so it only makes sense that Kermit would want to sing the Radiohead track Creep. This tasty morsel of Internet eccentricity comes to us courtesy of singer Rich Alvarez.

Not only was Kermit the Frog one of the first Muppets, but he’s also their de facto leader. We know a lot about how the character came to be, but there’s one feature of Kermie that has eluded fans in terms of its origin. Puppeteer Adam Kreutinger dives deep in a quest to find the origin of the frog’s familiar eyes.
