Awesome Kanye West

(PG-13: Language) After reworking the music of Eminem, remix artist William Maranci is back with another wild mashup. This time, he replaced the instrumental parts of Kanye West’s track Power with music from dozens of different artists, from Linkin Park to Radiohead to Tame Impala.

On The Howard Stern Show, Dana Carvey did a bit from his new Netflix special, Straight White Male, 60, in which he envisions a conversation between Paul McCartney and John Lennon where Paul tries to explain Kanye West. His micro-impressions are amusing too.

Like a Version presents an unexpected, but phenomenal cover version of Kanye West’s opus about faith, performed by Australian indie pop group Cub Sport, fronted by the smooth and dreamy vocals of Tim Nelson.

Kanye West has built up a repertoire of hoots and hollers to get the people going. We miss the Uhh Kanye, the Laaa la la la Kanye, not banshee-tune Kanye, or angry HAH?! Kanye. The auntie team Kanye, not the god dream Kanye, but we’ll let Kanye be Kanye.

Producer ToToM combined Kanye West’s rhymes with Queens of the Stone Age’s riffs. If you love Yeezus you’ll probably dig this bizarre mashup as well. You can download the album for free, but ToToM will also donate any proceeds to charity.
