Awesome Kaiju

A brief, but well-executed promo animation for the 2019 Festival International Du Film D’Animation d’Annecy. Students from the Gobelins animation school envision a world filled with guys in kaiju costumes stomping around a tiny Tokyo, slapping each other about in a monster-sized wrestling match.

The third and final trailer for Godzilla: King of the Monsters finally gives us a peek at the immense power of King Ghidora and its seemingly climactic, city-destroying face off against Godzilla. Let them fight! The movie premieres 5/31/19.

The second trailer for Godzilla: King of the Monsters sees the Earth reduced to ruin. Our planet has become an arena for the ultimate showdown between Godzilla, Mothra, Rodan and the three-headed King Ghidorah. We wonder who named them in this timeline.

The sequel to 2014’s Godzilla promises more giant monsters and mayhem this time out, as Godzilla battles Mothra, Rodan, and the three-headed King Ghidorah, without care for how many humans, cars, buildings, and trains they stomp on in the process.

Illustrator Ryan Astle envisions a world in which giant monsters roam the earth, stomping on buildings and leaving behind their mark. Only this time, the kaiju’s giant footprint is there to sell you tennis shoes and track suits.

Artist Chet Phillips envisions what baseball might be like if the players were all monsters from the worlds of Godzilla and Ultraman. Available as a deck of 40 cards or as an 18″x24″ poster. Be sure to show your team spirit with a t-shirt.
