Some incredibly immersive POV footage shot from the visor of IndyCar racer Graham Rahal as he runs a handful of test laps around Phoenix International Raceway’s mile-long circuit, pulling some insane G-forces along the way.

The RACER Channel shares this visor-cam footage of Simon Pagenaud practicing at the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. The first 20 seconds are fun to watch. The rest is just terrifying. Bro, do you even blink?
