Awesome Hamilton

To celebrate the release of Dune: Part Two, watchmaker Hamilton teamed up with the film’s prop master to create this unique timepiece. The limited-edition Ventura Edge Dune watch features Hamilton’s signature shield-shaped case with a matte black PVD coating and a blue digital display with an extra bright outline mode. They also have a Dune analog watch.

Lin-Manuel Miranda is best known for his tour de force music, book, lyrics, and starring performance in Hamilton. Comedian Daniel Thrasher and his friends poke fun at Lin-Manuel’s distinctive style and enunciation as he attempts to place the most ridiculously complicated pizza order ever.

The talented vocalists of Eclipse 6 put together this great holiday-themed parody of Hamilton which recasts the part of Alexander Hamilton with a similarly brilliant outsider who will someday guide Santa’s sleigh. This story has a much happier ending too. (Thanks, Rob!)

I am not throwing away my 3-point shot! Remix artist Psynwav envisions what it might be like if Hamilton and Space Jam teamed up for a crossover musical about Michael Jordan’s rise to greatness on the basketball court. It seems like a looney idea, but it works brilliantly.

“Weird Al” Yankovic has already done a great send-up of the musical juggernaut Hamilton with “The Hamilton Polka.” As good as that is, we also love The Weird Alphabet’s parody, which is more of a prototypical novelty song, changing the lyrics to tell the origin story of the man behind “Another One Rides the Bus.”

With its release on Disney+, Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Broadway hit Hamilton is once again the talk of the town. Perhaps seeing a rainbow connection, Ricky Downes III recorded the entire musical in the voices of The Muppets. When Beaker started rapping, coffee came out of our nose. Act two here.

Hamilton’s Khaki BASE Jump watch was made for BASE jumpers; it sports an easy-grip bezel, protected crown, countdown or stopwatch versions, and black or bronze PVD finishes.

Created in partnership with Harrison Ford, Hamilton’s Khaki Conservation features a see-through back engraved with Ford’s signature; proceeds go to Conservation International.
