Awesome Gears Of War

A look at co-op multiplayer mode (available split-screen or online) in the upcoming shooter. The game adds crazy environmental effects, a badass new 5-player horde mode, and supports Xbox Play Anywhere, letting you play one copy on both Xbox One and Windows 10.

The cinematic teaser for Xbox One shooter Gears of War 4 sees JD Fenix – son of previous franchise hero Marcus – return to his home under very different circumstances. The game is set 25 years after GoW 3 and features a new enemy called the Swarm. More here.

EpicMealTime really has hit the big time. First the cameo in Gymkhana 4, now they’re promoting Gears of War 3 by making a literal meat shield. The delicious armor was tested by FPSRussia.

The folks at Epic Games talk about the progression of their hit shooter, and how the final installment in the trilogy has the most personal story, and show off a bit more in-game footage and cinematics.

Enhancements to Horde mode include Lambent attacks, boss battles, and resupply objective points. The new fortification system lets you set barriers, decoys, turrets and even your own mech.

Slated to hit when Gears of War 3 arrives this Fall, this special-edition Xbox 360 Slim gets the full GOW treatment, with blood-red artwork, matching controllers, a copy of GOW3 and a 320GB HD.
