The USBConnect Quicksilver makes hooking laptops up to 3G/EDGE networks a breeze: they’ve crammed the whole modem into a tiny USB dongle. It’s free with an AT&T’s DataConnect plan.

Apple’s 24″ LED-backlit Cinema Display sports the same black bezel of its iMac and new MacBook lines; it’ll get 1920×1200, built-in iSight and mic, stereo speakers and a 3-port USB hub.

For AT&T: Sony Ericsson’s W760a is the first Walkman with 3G speeds; you can also shake it to change music, like the iPod Nano. Other stats: 2.2″ screen, 3.2 MP camera and FM tuner.

Calling Admiral Adama: this Battlestar Galactica case sports an actual LED-lit hangar bay, CIC screens, and a BSG crest that doubles as an optical drive; even the monitor is modded.

Dave, I think you should buy this: it looks like HAL, but LaCie’s 5Big only wants to save files. It features 5 swappable bays up to 7.5 TB, with USB 2.0 and SATA ports for external drives.

Available for preorder: Samsung’s 10.2″ NC10 is slightly faster than Asus’ Eee PC 901, with a roomier anti-bacterial keyboard. It also gets a built-in 1.3MP camera, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
