A mini version of People People’s Transparent Speaker. Unlike its big brother, the Small Transparent Speaker has built-in receivers for Bluetooth, Spotify Connect, AirPlay and Google Cast. It has two 2.5″ mid drivers, a 3″ passive bass radiator and an amp with built-in DSP.

The second version of the responsibly manufactured smartphone is more durable and easier to repair. Its screws are labeled and its main components have their own modules. Available this summer for ~$600. More here.

Targeted towards Leica neophytes, the X1 is a compact camera with a 12.1 MP APS-C sensor, 2.7″ LCD with Live View, fixed 24 mm f/2.8 lens, max 3200 ISO and Adobe DNG mode.

Fujifilm has released the FinePix S2000HD; the “HD” refers to the digital camera’s ability to record HD movies and widescreen stills. Other specs: 10 megapixels and 15x optical zoom.
