Designer Natascha Harra-Frischkorn’s clever bookshelves dynamically adjust to the heights of books you place within them by using flexible wood flooring and stainless steel clamps on the ends.
Andy Warhol Brillo Pouf
Foam replicas of one of Andy Warhol’s most famous pieces – one of his batch of hilariously accurate replicas of consumer product packaging. We wonder if Warhol would deem these ironic or appropriate.
Kai Table
Designed by Naoki Hirakoso and Takamitsu Kitahara, the Kai is a lounge table that’s filled with asymmetrical drawers and cupboards. Contact Hirakoso to order. Images by Takumi Ota.
The Stooler
Similar to the Tick Clip, Andrea Carulla’s The Stooler lets you turn almost any object into a seat. It consists of four wooden legs attached to a pair of flexible straps. Contact Utoopic to order.

Desk Bed Concept
1.6 S.M. of Life is a concept desk that transforms into a bed. Athanasia Leivaditou says the idea came to her after studying and working in New York. Or maybe she just saw an episode of Seinfeld.
Marie Bean Bag Chair
Antoinnete Bader updates the bean bag by adding triangular leather pads on its upper half, providing a classier look and making it adaptable to various sitting positions. More here.
Hidden Log Drawer
We’ve already seen similar designs before, but Mark Moskovitz’ Facecord drawer is a more rustic take on the natural camouflage offered by stacks of wood. Contact Mark for sales inquiries.
Emergency Bench
We already have inflatable mattresses, so why not an inflatable bench? Jamie Wolfond can rely on his quirky concept in case of a seating emergency. Its legs can be removed for easy packing.
Camp Daybed
A tribute to life on the road, this sleeping bag also doubles as a couch. The Camp Daybed was designed by Stephanie Hornig as part of her graduation project, the Camp Furniture Collection.
Samurai’s Chair
…more like samurai’d right? Designed by Seo Young Moon, this chair looks like it had just been cleanly sliced in half, but it’s surprisingly sturdy. We want an entire house filled with sliced furniture.
Homework Table
Designed by Tomas Kral for Super-ette, the Homework table combines a work surface with out-in-the-open storage. The ash wood table has a cast aluminum extension to hold additional items.
Fletcher Capstan Table
We’ve seen some impressive expandable tables before, but this one takes the cake. It’s an incredible feat of both carpentry and engineering from Fletcher Burwell-Taylor. (Thanks Luca!)
