While pro sports might be on hold in 2020, ESPN is keeping the dream alive with lots of great stories about the past. This episode of 30 for 30, docu-series looks back at the steroid-powered summer of 1998, as the Cardinals’ Mark McGwire and the Cubs’ Sammy Sosa battled it out for home run supremacy. Premieres 6.14.20.

ESPN and Netflix are teaming up for The Last Dance, a 10-part documentary series about Michael Jordan and the ’90s Chicago Bulls. It will feature never-before-seen footage from the team’s 1997-98 championship run. Premieres 2019.

“It was something I was pretty good at. And then it became a disease.” Ric Flair was once the superstar of superstars in the pro wrestling world. But he was anything but a role model, whether in or out of the ring. The documentary premieres 11/7/17 on ESPN.

The next big thing is now ESPN’s big gate guard. Wrestler Brock Lesnar surprised the sport’s network’s employees and visitors when his hulking frame met them at the entrance. We’re surprised he fit in the booth. Mirror here.

After 35 years in the same studio, the folks over at ESPN reveal their new SportsCenter set here, complete with a campus tour from one of our favorite athletes: Ronnie Shalvis. Parkour and sports – what’s not to like? (Thanks everyone!)
