Awesome Dragon Ball Z

DBZ fans might be familiar with the Hovercar, first driven by Ox-King, then by many others. DanCreator thought he should have his own hovercar, so he built one from wood, cardboard, pool floats, and leaf blowers. It glides over smooth surfaces with ease, though we wouldn’t suggest taking it in a swimming pool.

This special edition G-SHOCK watch features images inspired by Dragon Ball Z. Done up in a bold orange with black line art and gold accents, the watch features a hybrid analog-digital face, along with bright yellow illumination. Notice the four-star dragon ball on the inset dial, and the “Ƶ” logo at 3 o’clock.

Bandai Namco is following up its hit Dragon Ball fighting game with an action RPG based on the legendary anime. Currently under the temporary name “Project Z,” it looks like the game will follow at least the first few acts of Dragon Ball Z, up until Frieza.

This new Japanese trailer for upcoming fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ introduces new playable characters, including Beerus, Hit and Goku Black. It also shows cutscenes that are based on pivotal moments from the anime. Man this game looks great.

Toy replicas of Dragon Ball Z‘s iconic Saiyan Scouter are a dime a dozen, but most of them use a headband to stay on your head. Foam lover Odin Abbott used craft materials to make a Scouter that hangs on his ear. The key is to add a piece that’s similar to earphone grips.

Bandai Namco teamed up with Arc System Works – the developer behind Double Dragon, Guilty Gear, BlazBlue and more – to create what’s shaping up to be the most faithful Dragon Ball game yet. Will it live up to the hype? Find out next time in 2018!

Man at Arms: Reforged went super saiyan to make a spot-on replica of Tapion and Trunks’ Brave Sword from the Dragon Ball franchise. It’s a relatively simple build, but they had to do a ton of grinding to get its sharp lines just right.

The latest stop-motion animation from counter656 features an epic battle between Dragon Ball Z’s pumped-up SHF Broly against a Super Saiyan Goku and some robots from Gundam. None of them stand a chance against his massive muscles and spiky yellow hair.

…or should we say Dragon Baaaall Sheep. YouTuber Hoolopee recreated Vegeta and Goku’s battle using sheep and lots of bright colors. Unfortunately he didn’t include the part where Vegeta transforms into a giant ape.

(Warning: Ridiculously Loud) Goku of Dragon Ball Z is pretty hardcore. The folks at FOX ADHD show us just how badass of a warrior he is as he fixes a sandwich the only way he knows how – Super Saiyan style.

Animator John Huang whips out his action figure collection again, putting on a literally hair-raising battle between the Z Fighters, when supervillain Cell shows up. The animation was created from about 6,000 individual images.

An impressive DragonBall Z fan trailer from Harry & George Kirby, who created the action and effects-packed short to show the potential for a live-action DBZ flick – that doesn’t suck. (Thanks Jeff!)
