A domino trick in which the dominoes are replaced with liquid-filled shot glasses. In all, 2,103 glasses tumbled, but that’s no longer the record. Turns out Señor Frogs Nassau did it with 4,107 glasses later – but it wasn’t as pretty.
You’ll have to give up the next 10 minutes of your life to watch this, but you’ll quickly be hypnotized by the colorful dominoes falling over to break the previous record for most dominoes ever in a spiral – and that’s just the start.
To promote its 2013 Summer Reading Program, the Seattle Public Library set up what they hope is the world’s longest chain of book dominoes. Redditor agentpebble says it took them 7 hours and 5 attempts to make all 2,131 books to fall.
While it’s surely done with CGI animation, we’re still impressed by Aatma Studio’s epic domino display that looks like it was made with 10,000 iPhone 5s. Though it would have been even cooler with $2+ million worth of actual iPhones.
We’ve seen our share of incredibledominosetupsaroundhere, but this is definitely not one of those times, as this little girl seemingly defies the laws of physics with her perfectly-aligned row of dominoes.
