A smart, space-efficient take on the standing desk, the modular wooden StandCrafted hangs on your wall, freeing up floor space. It holds any display with a VESA mount, has a keyboard and trackpad/mouse tray, a laptop holder, a place for gadget charging and even a cup holder.

A desk and chair combo that lets you sit, stand and lie down. Its monitor arm works with VESA mounts and supports up to 35lb. display setups. It comes with magnets for the keyboard and mousepad so that they’ll stick to the magnetic desk. Skip to 1:57.

A standing desk that won’t break the bank. Made by Chairigami, this 42″ high desk is made of corrugated cardboard. It’s not adjustable, but it’s easy to assemble, weighs just 15lb., supports up to 300lb. and is very affordable.

An affordable and portable alternative to dedicated standing desks. The UpStanding Desk is made of plywood, can support up to 200lb. and has two levels, each adjustable by 1″ increments. Available in four variants.

Similar to the Tick Clip, Why The Friday’s Instant Table are tall clamps that can be attached to any suitable material to make a table or perhaps a bed. The resulting furniture can easily be disassembled.

Designer Thibaut Rouganne came up with the Envol, a portable desk for frequent travelers who could use a workspace on the go. The Envol can be used on a table or while in bed. It also doubles as a briefcase.

Work while working out with the FitDesk X1, an exercise bike with a built-in desk. It also has resistance bands so you can also work on your upper body, arm rests with massage rollers to reduce wrist strain and an odometer.
