A look at Dead Space 3’s optional but full-featured co-op mode. A friend can drop-in (and out) of your single player game, providing help and triggering additional cutscenes and story elements.

One of the major new features of Dead Space 3 is the ability not only to modify existing weapons but to craft entirely new ones. You can use blueprints or make a weapon from scratch.
Isaac Clarke and new character John Carver journey to a frozen planet to look for the source of the Necromorph plague. The game is still single player but also has an optional co-op mode.
If you picked up the Collector’s Edition of Dead Space 2, you know it came with a cheap plastic replica of the Plasma Cutter. Kipkay improved his by outfitting it with laaaa-ser beeea-ms.
Each copy of Dead Space 2 will include an unlock code for the Ser Isaac of Clarke armor set, which you can use in another EA game, Dragon Age 2. We’d rather have Isaac’s weapons though.

The sequel to one of the best horror games ever has a multiplayer mode. Play with or against your friends, either as engineers or the ghastly necromorphs. Left4Dead in space anyone?
