Symphoniacs play orchestral arrangements of popular and classical music with a modern flair. Here, they perform an excellent cover version of Daft Punk’s Aerodynamic, on violin, cello, piano, and electronics. We also rather enjoyed their rendition of Coldplay’s A Sky Full of Stars.

Polyphonic talks about the history of disco and how Daft Punk made it cool again with their album Random Access Memories. By pairing up with disco legends and highlighting the genre’s key features, the robots made disco hit after disco hit in one release.

Musician Koji Kobura shows off his $99 AKAI MPK Mini keyboard with a great solo performance of Daft Punk’s classic Around the World. The keyboard pairs brilliantly with FL Studio digital audio workstation software to bring it all together.

LEGO builder TECHNICally Possible shows off a neat machine that’s designed to display the lyrics from Daft Punk’s Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger in sync with the track. The big mechanical rig aims a GoPro at a LEGO sculpture using Mindstorms tech.

A very different arrangement of Daft Punk’s hit Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger, performed by the women of Four Play, a four-part clarinet ensemble, who we think could also do a mean cover of Cantina Band from Star Wars.

YouTuber Planet Rocky 2099 took the original light bike sequence from TRON, and overlaid it with Daft Punk’s track The Game Has Changed from TRON: Legacy. As if by some magic, the classic scene lines up perfectly with the music that was created 28 years later.

We’re not sure from whence this album came from, but we’re 99.999% certain it wasn’t performed by Daft Punk themselves. Still, this mysteriously posted compilation of holiday tunes done in the style of the robots is pretty damned entertaining.

Looking for a gift for a Daft Punk fan? The robots’ online shop some reasonably-priced merchandise for the holiday. There’s a pair of glass helmet Christmas tree ornaments, a light-up snow globe and Pintrill pins. If you have the cash, there’s also a dope varsity jacket.

Counter656 used their talents to create a stop-motion music video for Van Ness Wu, who comes to life in action figure form, taking down an army of papparazi action figures hellbent on capturing his image. The music isn’t exactly our cup of tea but the animation is top notch.

Animator Nicolo Bianchino provides a wonderful visual accompaniment to the Giorgio Moroder interview featured in Daft Punk’s track Giorgio, colorfully illustrating moments from the king of disco sound’s formative years.

Comprised of a group of skilled session musicians and engineers, Introducing was formed with the goal of performing entire albums once thought impossible to replicate live. In this 2013 clip, they played a medley of Daft Punk’s classic tracks. More here.

Filmmaker Patrick Collins took footage from the 1979 film Star Trek: The Motion Picture, and combined it with Daft Punk’s score from TRON: Legacy, recutting what was originally a slow and plodding 2+ hour film into a 22-minute audiovisual masterwork.

The Weeknd’s second collaboration with Daft Punk has been bestowed with a gloriously retro sci-fi video courtesy of director Warren Fu. The richly layered track and its accompanying video bring back memories The King of Pop himself.

Musician Lorenz Rhode turns in a spot-on cover version of the talkbox modulated vocals from Daft Punk’s 2001 classic Harder Better Faster Stronger. It would be cool to see him recording the other parts of the track too.

Daft Punk Unchained is a BBC France documentary about Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. The electronic music duo cleverly turned their desire for control and anonymity from an off-putting barrier into a weapon of creativity.

While the rest of the Internet has moved on from Shia Labeouf’s motivational rage, YouTuber ILika Da refused to give up. Here’s the Just Do It speech combined with Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger and the garish optimism of Web 1.0.

Performer Ruben “Lucky” Hall aka “Flat Top” adds his unique spin to Daft Punk’s Voyager, embellishing the track with sweet vocals and robotic dance moves. Come for the outfit and hairdo, stay for the talent.
