Jeep hasn’t made a Wrangler with a V8 since 1981, but is teasing us with a concept 4×4 that packs a 6.4L engine making 450 hp and 450 lb-ft. of torque. It also rocks a 2-inch lift kit, Dana 44 axles, electric front- and rear-axle lockers, 37″ mud-terrain tires, and a sub-5 second 0-to-60 time. Here’s hoping they put it into production.

Stärke transforms 1997-2012 Porsche Boxsters into custom cars inspired by the classic Porsche 356 Speedster. But unlike the original Speedster, the Stärke keeps all the modern conveniences and powertrain.

Customizer APR took a stock 2.0L turbo 2018 Volkswagen Atlas SUV and bestowed it with 350 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque, a 1.5″ lift kit, rugged Toyo Open Country tires, custom brakes and exhaust, giving this big AWD grocery getter improved off-road chops.

Inspired by the awesome Ford Mustang seen in 2000’s Gone in 60 Seconds, Fusion Motor Company can set you up with a restored, reinforced, and upgraded ’67 or ’68 pony car just like the one in the movie. Available with V8 engines ranging from 430 hp to 750 hp.

Toyota teamed up with DG-Spec to create a very special version of its C-HR compact crossover. The one-off R-Tuned packs a 2.4L turbo 4 engine that makes 600hp, a 5-speed manual gearbox, aerodynamic and suspension upgrades, and can do 0-to-60 in 2.9 seconds.

Shelby’s latest truck starts out as a Ford F-150, but is made oh-so-special with the addition of a 5.0-liter supercharged V8, packing 750 horsepower, plus sporty ground effects, 22″ chrome wheels, and of course, racing stripes, because they make everything faster.

One of Toyota’s slick rides for SEMA 2016, Cartel Customs and Star Side Design turned the 4-door daily driver into a 2-door sportscar, turbo-boosted to 250 whp, stripped it down to just 2000 lb. with the driver, then coated the whole thing in a vibrant two-tone paint.

This low-riding, custom-built beast started life as a 2016 Land Cruiser, but now is capable of pushing out more than 2000 hp, and hitting a top speed of 220 mph, courtesy of Motorsports Technical Center, and a pair of volleyball-sized Garrett turbochargers. Debuts at SEMA 2016.

What was once a simple golf cart has been transformed into a smoke-spewing machine, courtesy of a Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle engine. We’re certain the Marshal would kick you off the course for riding it across the fairway.

A heavily modded ’70 Pontiac Formula Firebird made by All Speed Customs for Tom Conkright. It has a 1200hp engine with a twin-turbo system, a full leather interior and a sweet glossy black paint.

The Bespoke Project 8 are two custom McLarens – an MP4-12C and an F1 – commissioned by one rich customer. They have a red and white theme, carbon fiber steering wheels and one-off rims.

Hennessey Performance boosted the Cadillac CTS-V coupe’s V8’s output to a crazy 1,226hp. 0-to-60 is 2.9s and top speed is 242mph. Has carbon fiber parts, ceramic brakes and upgraded suspension.

Ken Fenical took a beat up 1971 Jaguar XK-E and turned it into a hot rod. Fenical widened the car’s midsection, gave it a flat black paint, wire wheels and a Chevy V8. Yours for $75,000.

The Reliant Robin is frequently made fun of because of its tendency to tip over. But Bernard Reeves has something to silence hecklers: a Robin that he modified with tracks and fitted with guns.

Based on the Cadillac CTS-V Coupe, the Le Monstre has a 1001hp engine, a competition suspension package and a wide body kit. D3 built it for for a “VIP customer.” Bruce Wayne, perhaps?

The Doubleback is a Volkswagen Transporter modified with an electric slide out rear pod that adds 6′ of space – it’s a vehicle and trailer in one. Unfortunately it’s only available in the UK.

Inspired by the rare 1952 Ferrari 340 Mexico, Gullwing America’s reinterpretation has more exaggerated lines, and is based on a modern Ferarri 456 GT, along with its 470-hp 5.4L V12.

The power-hungry tuning experts at Underground Racing can fit the already speedy Audi R8 with custom twin-turbo systems, turning the dial not just to 11, but to 1500. As in 1500 horsepower.

This German tuner has Corvette bones, but distinctly European styling, with retro-styled front and rear, and a top-of-the-line ZR1 6.2L supercharged V8 with 638hp and 604lb-ft of torque.

Made by Giant Robot publisher Eric Nakamura and Len Higa of Onimotorworks, the car is filled with 8-bit references, from the boxy, button-filled exterior to the cartridge that turns the car on.

Go Speed Racer, go! with Gotham Garage’s scale replica of the Mach 5, built on a classic Corvette C-4 chassis, and even offers rotating, retractable sawblades and push-button chrome steering wheel.
