Electric skateboard maker Onewheel hacked a Yeti cooler on top of of one of their self-balancing boards, letting its rider carry around chilled drinks without dragging around a separate cooler. They built this one-off prototype on a whim, but we kind of dig the idea.

From the guys known for making insanely durable cases, OtterBox coolers are drop-tested, can hold ice for 2 weeks, and are certified bear-resistant, though we’re not sure how they test that. Available in 25, 45, and 65 quart capacities, and offer a variety of add-ons.

Igloo presents a limited-edition 16 quart Playmate Elite cooler inspired by The Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo. It’s decked out in teal blue, and has graphics of Scoob and the whole gang crammed into the van and ready for adventure. Igloo’s 54-quart stainless steel “jockey box” style cooler connects to a keg of your choice, keeping beer chilled and on tap without needing to put your keg in an ice tub. Its got a built-in opener for bottles of brew too, and can alternatively be used to chill up to 85 12-ounce cans.

YETI coolers can really come in handy when you need to keep drinks and food cold in the outdoors. But You Betcha’s comedy sketch reminds us that the same can be achieved for much less money, and their products are more of a bro status symbol than anything else.

This compact and inconspicuous case is a great way to transport booze on the down-low. It holds up to 10 cans, 6 beer bottles, or 3 wine bottles. Its closed cell insulation and cold-retaining zipper help keep drinks chilled for up to 5 hours.

Igloo takes aim at one of its more recent competitors with this silly commercial in which we learn that 9 out of 10 Yetis prefer Igloo coolers. However, we think actual yetis would prefer to store their beer in an ice cave, or maybe in a big pile of snow.

Vericool’s Ohana is a food and drink cooler made from recycled waste paper. It’s biodegradable and fully recyclable. It can be used for up to 30 days and can hold up to 100lb. It comes in 17L and 40L capacities.

Thomas & Darden’s Kube outdoor speaker has a 350W digital amplifier that allows it to pump out a bone rattling 122dB of sound. It also has a 35L insulated cooler compartment. It can connect via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or 3.5mm input. It lasts up to 50h per charge and has a USB charging port.

Adv3nture’s backpack hides an insulated and waterproof cooler compartment in its base. The small pack can carry up to six cans, while the large pack can carry up to eight cans. It also has a paracord storage, a laptop compartment, a phone holder and a sunglasses case.

Iceco’s iFreezer Go20 is a portable refrigerator that plugs into a vehicle’s 12v port. It can keep items as cold as -18ºC. It also has a removable divider, and dual-zone temperature control, so you can freeze and cool different items at once.

Keep your drinks on ice in the coolest cooler we’ve seen in a while. This 33″ long replica of the classic Volkswagen camper van has rubber wheels and a handle so you can pull it around. It’s expensive, it’s still way cheaper than the real thing – and needs fewer oil changes.

Single-use coolers are often made of Styrofoam, which takes 500 years to decompose. That’s why Igloo made ReCool, a disposable cooler made of 100% biodegradable materials, like the ones used in drink holders. It holds up to 75lb. Drops 4/2019 for $10.

Ghost Outdoors‘ flexible, insulated bag can keep drinks and other items cold for up to 48 hours. It holds up to 18 cans or 14 bottles. It’s made of waterproof tarpaulin and has a padded insulated core, a weatherproof front pocket, and a bottle opener.

Fenik’s Yuma is a cooler meant to store food and dairy products. You fill up its bladder with water, and it will absorb heat from the inside and direct it to the water, which gets turned into vapor. It can keep its contents 10ºF to 35ºF cooler than the ambient temperature.

The Infinite Cooler comes with a 550W blender, Bluetooth speakers, USB and wireless charging ports, an LED light, a chopping board, room for cups, plates and utensils, a bottle opener, and even a camera. But it’s a great cooler too, able to retain ice for up to 12 days.

If you need a cooler or container that can withstand the harshest conditions, check out Speedbox’s Voyager 70. It’s made of shatter-resistant material and can carry up to 300lb. It also has no-flat tires, a durable aluminum handle and heavy duty compression latches.

Hydro Flask’s new Unbound 22L Soft Cooler Pack is a cooler backpack that weighs just 3lb. Its insulation is thicker at the base, reducing its weight while still providing up to 48 hours of chilled drinks and food. It has a waterproof and scratch-resistant shell and leakproof zipper.

This jumbo pack is ready to take on just about anything. It combines a 5.3-gallon foodsafe bucket with an easy to tote, waterproof Denier fabric shell. A removable cooler insert holds up to 5 gallons, and it’s customizable with MOLLE-compatible accessories.

Yeti finally added a backpack cooler to its increasingly popular line of mildew-, UV- and puncture-resistant soft-shell coolers. The Backflip 24 holds up to 20 cans with a 2:1 ice-to-can ratio. It has ergonomic shoulder straps and removable chest strap and waist belt.

If you decided to splurge on a long-lasting cooler, you might as well make sure you’re the only one who gets to enjoy it for its lifetime. The Deny Lock is a stainless steel truck bed mount that protects your cooler from thieves. It’s easy to install but hard to break.

Yeti will soon release a wheeled version of its popular Tundra cooler. The Tundra Haul has a pair of impact- and puncture-resistant solid wheels, an aluminum arm with comfortable grips, and the same heavy duty construction as its predecessors. Drops 7/2018 for $400.

Filson enlisted Texas-based Taiga to create its rugged, branded cooler. It has a capacity of 27qt and has 2″-thick walls, a 3″-thick lid and R5 insulation. It also has a UV-protected lid, a recessed and seamless gasket, traction feet and antimicrobial additives.
