During its 20+ years in production, the Hyundai Tucson has evolved from a basic compact SUV into one of the best you can buy. After spending a week with the top-of-the-line 2025 Tucson Hybrid Limited, we’d be happy to have one as our daily driver. The latest version of the small SUV is stylish, smooth, spacious, and smart in every way that matters.

We’ve tested the Toyota Crown sedan and liked its exterior styling and smooth ride. Now, we’ve driven its crossover sibling to see how it stacks up. The Crown Signia takes the place of the Venza, though it’s several inches longer and rides a little lower for a more car-like driving experience. It also touts a plush cabin, good cargo space, and excellent fuel economy.

The ultimate factory Bronco is ready for any terrain. It’s our second time driving the Ford Bronco Raptor, and we’re just as crazy about this powerful and capable off-road SUV as before. This time, we popped the doors and roof off the Braptor for maximum open-air fun.

Now in its seventh generation, the Ford Mustang stands as the final V8-powered American muscle car. We drove this 2024 Mustang GT Fastback in the ideal configuration: a 6-speed manual, Rapid Red paint, and the GT Performance Package. The pony car is as good as ever – with fast launches, a satisfying exhaust note, great handling, and an excellent modern cabin.

When it comes to cars that are both fast and practical, they don’t get much better than the BMW X6. We spent a week with the sporty M60i variant, which packs a powerful V8 engine and is outfitted with a full suite of M Sport performance and styling features. BMW’s designers and engineers deftly blended luxury, agility, and utility in one vehicle.

BMW’s X2 coupe SUV has sleek new exterior and a fantastic interior design. We spent a week getting to know the latest version of the German crossover, which handles like a car and offers an array of slick technologies for safety and convenience. Behind the X2’s dark finish kidney grille, you’ll find a 2.0L turbo-4 engine with plenty of power on tap.

Infiniti’s 3-row luxury SUV is all new for 2025. It has a sleek design outside and in, a new, more powerful engine, and big technology upgrades. We spent a week with the top-of-the-line version of the new QX80, and came away impressed with everything this elegant, full-size family hauler has to offer. No time to read? After a three-year absence in the U.S., the Toyota Land Cruiser is back and marks a return to its adventurous roots in terms of style. We spent a few days getting to know the Land Cruiser First Edition and see if its performance and capabilities live up to its tough new looks.

The Subaru Forester’s 2025 redesign impresses. It’s a great compact SUV, one for the masses (at least compared to its history, in which it was better for people who like forests more than people). It’s a thoughtful evolution with a new platform and body that works its proportions like a Pixar mom to stuff the most possible… sass… into that robust rear end. 

The 2024 Toyota Crown is different from other sedans. It rides higher than most and has a strong and athletic presence. The Platinum grade, which we tested, is its best-equipped and most powerful variant. It’s a spacious car with modern tech, a satisfying drivetrain, and a smooth ride, though its interior doesn’t live up to the promises of its exterior.

Chevy’s three-row family hauler has seen some big upgrades for 2024. The new Traverse has a more substantial, truck-like exterior, a powerful turbocharged engine, a huge touchscreen, and many more reasons to love it. We spent a couple of days getting to know the rugged new Traverse Z71 and its more sporty and urban sibling, the Traverse RS.

He had a lot of ground to cover in the Ariya, facing the battery-busting trifecta of cold weather, high speeds, and elevation gains. You can see the stress on his face as he shares his experiences. But was his range anxiety justified?

The Lexus LC 500 and LC 500h share one of the most beautiful automotive designs of the last decade.  We’ve driven the V8 coupe and convertible, but this is the first time we’ve spent a meaningful amount of time with the V6 hybrid. While it’s a hair slower, the LC 500h is every bit as showstopping and offers better fuel efficiency, making it a fantastic grand tourer.

Sporty might not be the first word that pops into your head when you think of the Nissan Altima, but the 2.0 SR model surpassed our expectations. The top-of-the-heap for Nissan’s mid-size sedan has a zippy turbocharged engine, a performance-tuned suspension, and sport wheels. It’s no supercar, but we came away entertained after a week behind the wheel.

When it comes to high-horsepower, off-road-capable trucks, few vehicles can compete with the Ford F-150 Raptor R. This souped-up pickup packs a 700-horsepower, supercharged V8 engine, a Baja-tuned suspension, and massive all-terrain tires. We spent a week living with this impressive truck, including a day hooning around in sand dunes.

When it comes to SUVs, they don’t get much bigger than the Lincoln Navigator L. And in Black Label trim, this voluminous ride is one of the most luxurious vehicles on the road, too. We spent a week living with the 6-figure Lincoln, getting to know its many comforts and what it’s like to feel like a limo driver and an executive riding in the back.
