It’s been a few years since we drove the mid-size Lexus ES sedan. After receiving a makeover last year, we experienced the latest iteration of the ES 300h, the hybrid variant. While it’s not as potent as the V6-based ES 350, it’s undoubtedly more fuel efficient, and the F SPORT Handling trim we drove offers bold looks and a performance suspension for agility.

We spent a week driving the potent and performance-oriented 2025 Genesis G80 3.5T Sport Prestige AWD, and it’s as good as mid-size sedans get.

During its 20+ years in production, the Hyundai Tucson has evolved from a basic compact SUV into one of the best you can buy. After spending a week with the top-of-the-line 2025 Tucson Hybrid Limited, we’d be happy to have one as our daily driver. The latest version of the small SUV is stylish, smooth, spacious, and smart in every way that matters.

We drove this 2024 Mustang GT Fastback in the ideal configuration: a 6-speed manual, Rapid Red paint, and the GT Performance Package. The pony car is as good as ever – with fast launches, a satisfying exhaust note, great handling, and an excellent modern cabin.

When it comes to cars that are both fast and practical, they don’t get much better than the BMW X6. We spent a week with the sporty M60i variant, which packs a powerful V8 engine and is outfitted with a full suite of M Sport performance and styling features. BMW’s designers and engineers deftly blended luxury, agility, and utility in one vehicle.

BMW’s X2 coupe SUV has sleek new exterior and a fantastic interior design. We spent a week getting to know the latest version of the German crossover, which handles like a car and offers an array of slick technologies for safety and convenience. Behind the X2’s dark finish kidney grille, you’ll find a 2.0L turbo-4 engine with plenty of power on tap.

Infiniti’s 3-row luxury SUV is all new for 2025. It has a sleek design outside and in, a new, more powerful engine, and big technology upgrades. We spent a week with the top-of-the-line version of the new QX80, and came away impressed with everything this elegant, full-size family hauler has to offer. No time to read?
