Lv Sisi’s Digital Analogue is true to its name; the kinetic stop motion short film was edited digitally but is composed of over 6,000 still photos and set to sounds made by antique cameras.

Today’s Canon camera onslaught ends with the PowerShot SD3500 IS; along with 14.1 MP and a 5x 24mm wide angle optical zoom lens, its main feature is a large 3.5″ LCD touchscreen.

It’s no DSLR, but Canon’s 14.1 MP PowerShot SX210 IS is their top-of-the-line point-and-shoot; it boasts an impressive 14x wide angle optical zoom lens, 720p video, and 3″ LCD.

Ricoh’s CX3 updates its CX2 with a 10 MP back-illuminated CMOS sensor, enhanced noise reduction, 16:9 aspect ratio mode, 720p video at 30 fps, and a quiet, no-flash pet mode.

Nikon pitches its hat into the superzoom ring with the Coolpix P100; it boasts a low-light friendly 10.3MP CMOS sensor, 26x optical zoom, 3″ tilt LCD, and 1080p @ 30fps video recording.

A wallet-friendlier version of the EP-1, Olympus’ PEN E-PL1 is a Micro Four Thirds camera with a 12.3 MP Live MOS sensor, in-body image stabilization, HD video, and polycarbonite body.
